The villas are in Berawa, Bali. Confirm the exact route and any car arrangements with the host after choosing a villa.
Parking
Parking is for motorbikes. A car parking space is not confirmed.

Where do I book?
Choose one or two bedrooms and your dates on our booking page. Compare available villas, read the stay details, then choose a villa to review its live total and cancellation terms in our secure AVASA checkout. Guesty manages your reservation. Each villa also retains its Airbnb link.
Does every villa have a private pool?
B7 has a private 21 m² pool. For the one-bedroom villas, confirm exclusive pool use before booking.
Which villa has two bedrooms?
Avasa B7 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a maximum of four guests, with one king bed in each bedroom. It is not suitable for children or infants.
What should I know about construction?
Construction is noted across the collection. Location and noise may vary by villa; read its stay details and ask about current work and hours.
Can I arrive and park by car?
Parking is for motorbikes. Car parking is unconfirmed, and most villas note a rough approach road. Arrange your arrival route with the host.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 11:00, Bali time (Asia/Makassar). Quiet hours are generally 23:00–07:00; confirm quiet hours for C2 with the host.
What is included, and what can I request?
Daily housekeeping and a welcome drink are included. For transfers, breakfast, a chef, massage or laundry, ask about availability, fees and arrangements.
Are pets, parties or smoking allowed?
No pets, parties or indoor smoking. The smoking rules state a penalty equal to the rental stay; confirm the amount and any outdoor smoking permission.
What safety details should I review?
Exterior cameras and smoke alarms are listed; carbon monoxide alarms are not available. B7 also lists no private entrance. Read your villa’s safety notes before booking.
